Lurichiyo Kasumiouji, a young princess of the Soul Society nobility, and her Soul Reaper assistants Ryuusei "Kenryuu" Kenzaki and Ruzaburou "Enryuu" Enkougawa travel to Karakura Town to acquire sweets for Lurichiyo. As Kenryuu and Enryuu take Lurichiyo away, Ichigo uses his bankai to defeat the hollows, impressing Kenryuu and Enryuu. The following day, they move into the house adjacent to Ichigo, becoming students at his school.
