A Pledge for the Next Genesis! Luffy and Uta!

Luffy and Uta spend their time competing with each other. After one competition, Uta reveals that she dreams of travelling around the world with Shanks, and bringing joy with her singing. When the Red Hair Pirates leave Luffy swears to Uta that he'll be strong enough to join Shank's crew. However, when the Red Hair Pirates return, Luffy is shocked to learn Uta is gone. Shanks claims Uta left the crew to become a singer, but Luffy doesn't believe him, knowing that Uta loved Shanks and that something must have happen to he. When Shanks still doesn't tell him, Luffy runs off telling Shanks he's done with him. Some time later, news of Elegia's destruction spread across the world, with a reported 100% mortality rate and Shanks being held responsible. Back in Windmill Village Shanks' first mate, Beckman tries to Luffy to forgive Shanks, saying there are somethings people can't talk about, but Luffy instead runs off to the mountains, where he is attacked by bandits he and Uta had a previous encounter with. He is eventually saved by Beckman and brought back to the village. The Next day Luffy asks to join Shanks' crew, but is swiftly rejected. He sits with the Red Hair Pirates, telling Shanks that he won't ask what happened because it's his and Uta's business. Back in the present day, Usopp tells Luffy that Uta is putting on a live performance, and Nami adds that it's her first one. Luffy decides to go, and the crew head for Elegia. On the island, Uta prepares for the concert, stating that a new genesis is going to begin, leading to the events of One Piece Film: Red.
