The World That Moves On! A New Organization, Cross Guild!

Kin'emon and Kikunojo visit Raizo and Shinobu, in critical condition due to dehydration inflicted by Ryokugyu. As they talk it is mentioned that Kin'emon has reunited with Tsuru Carrot meets with the Minks privately; Dogstorm and Cat Viper have decided to remain in the Land of Wano to defend the shogun, so they entrust the Mokomo Dukedom to Carrot. Despite Carrot trying to refuse the role, the two reminded her travels with Luffy's crew gave her a broader view than most minks and that she possesses the same will that Pedro once had. Meanwhile, Sukiyaki then reveals his identity to Momonosuke, Hiyori, and the other Akazaya Nine, where he apologizes for going into hiding following Oden's death. Robin reports her findings regarding Pluton to the Straw Hat Pirates. Despite knowing the weapon is located in the country, Luffy decides not to attempt to uncover the weapon. Shinobu then arrives, having regained her youthful form following Ryokugyu's attack. She is accompanied by Tama, who has become her kunoichi apprentice. Tama asks Luffy if she can join his crew, and he accepts following she masters ninjutsu. Caribou, who was eavesdropping nearby, is shocked by the truth about Pluton, and must let a certain person know about it. A few days later, Momonosuke attempts to meet with them, but learns from Hiyori that the Straw Hat Pirates have all already left the castle. Kin'emon arrives and tells Momonosuke that they didn't know about their departure either and both become angry. The Straw Hat Pirates, Heart Pirates and Kid Pirates all prepare to depart the country via Tokage Port. After briefly arguing about their next direction, Kid presents a poster to Luffy. The poster reveals that Buggy now an Emperor has joined forces with Mihawk and Crocodile, though Luffy and Zoro highly doubt Buggy is actually in charge. The three have formed the Cross Guild, an organization which assigns bounties to Marines, now placing Marine soldiers under threat of civilian bounty hunters. As they prepare to depart, Law gives Kid a rubbing of Wano's Road Poneglyph, and the latter reveals his crew had managed to take one from Whole Cake Island some time ago. Killer states that in order to take part in the upcoming war over the One Piece, they need to find a "man with a burn mark". Momonosuke and Kin'emon meet with Yamato, who vows to live like Oden did.
