Luffy's Dream

Joined by Rayleigh and Shakky (whose full name is revealed to be Shakuyaku, and is the former captain of the Kuja Pirates and former Empress of Amazon Lily two generations prior), Hancock and the Kuja Pirates reflect on how they repelled the Marines and the Blackbeard Pirates invasion of Amazon Lily, though Rayleigh admits he would not have been able to beat Blackbeard in combat. After subduing Hancock, Blackbeard demanded she undo her petrification of his crew. He asks Koby, who wants the Marines also restored, for assistance, saying Koby's actions in the Rocky Port Incident allowed Blackbeard to conquer Fullalead. Hancock attempted to form a peace deal with him, agreeing to reverse the petrification done on his pirates if they retreated. However, Blackbeard doggedly refuses, attempting to kill her under the belief that she was going to petrify everyone the moment she was no longer under the effect of the Dark-Dark Fruit. However, Rayleigh appears on the island and intervenes, intimidating Blackbeard into submission with Conqueror's Haki. Rayleigh oversees the deal, forcing both the Marines and Blackbeard Pirates to leave. However, it is revealed that Koby was kidnapped by Blackbeard shortly after their departure. In the present day, the Kuja Pirates fear the Marines' Seraphims, who left the conflict without taking any damage. They also note that one of the Seraphim bears a striking resemblance to Hancock in her childhood. In the Kamabakka Kingdom, members of the Revolutionary Army worry about Sabo's safety after being blamed by newspapers for the assassination of King Nefertari Cobra, though Dragon states he will not forgive Sabo if he did kill Cobra, no matter the reason. However, they receive a call on a Transponder Snail from Sabo, confirming that he is alive, though the call is intercepted by the Navy. Meanwhile, on the Thousand Sunny, the Straw Hat Pirates mourn Cobra's death and express concern for Vivi's safety, but they doubt Sabo's involvement given that the Revolutionary Army has never targeted a monarch. It is revealed that Caribou is trapped in a barrel on the Sunny. Although most members intend to rescue Vivi, Zoro opposes the idea, stating that it is still too early to act, and Vivi must fend for herself at the moment. Resting on the ship deck, Luffy reflects on the brotherhood oath he made with Ace and Sabo. He then reveals to his crew the end of his dream, an ambition even larger than becoming the King of the Pirates. Though it is not revealed, each of the Straw Hats are baffled, with Usopp believing Luffy's dream to be impossible and Franky and Chopper amazed and supporting the idea.
