Full Plot Summary

Despite Luffy offering to return his swimsuit if he agrees to join his crew, as the town populace convince to denounce his nudity, Franky still refuses to the point of being unashamed of being naked. But taking Iceberg's suggestion to heart, Robin uses her Devil Fruit powers to literally grab Franky by the testicles and threatening to crush them if he continues to refuse. Though Franky tries to brave through the antagonizing torture, he is confronted by Iceburg revealing that the only real reason why he wants to stay is out of guilt and needs to forgive himself so he can join the Straw Hats and see his dream through. Franky's followers then arrive with Franky's luggage. After Zambai apologizes for the others for bro being naked, Robin revealing she stopped after the first time, Franky starts crying when his posse only want him to be happy and that they will protect Water 7 in his stead. Sanji and Zoro suddenly arrive in a hurry, revealing that Garp has returned and is on his way to capture them. Luffy then returns the swimsuit to Franky, who regains his usual gusto as he subsequently agrees to join the crew.
