Luffy's proud declaration from the Skull Dome rooftop inspires the remaining fighters of the alliance to continue fighting. With this, Zoro and Sanji increase their efforts, beginning to overpower King and Queen. However, Kaido reemerges from the rubble after being bitten. Transform back into his Human-Beast Form, Kaido asks Luffy if he honestly thinks has a chance at defeating him with Luffy replying that as long as he is still alive, he has infinite chances. As Luffy and Kaido clash once again, their Conqueror's Haki creates a powerful explosion that breaks apart the clouds above and revealing the night sky. As Yamato watches in awe at Luffy and Kaido's clash, he remembers Oden writing about how Roger and Whitebeard's clash split the heavens as well. Upon Luffy's instruction, Momonosuke and Yamato then leap off the edge of the island, aiming to stop Onigashima from moving while Luffy prevents Kaido from stopping them. Though Momonosuke initially struggles, Yamato's encouragement allows him to generate flame cloud and run across the sky. The explosion created by Luffy and Kaido, which revealed the full moon, allows Dogstrom and Cat Viper to transform back into their Sulong forms. Using Oden One Sword Style with their respective claws and sword leg, Cat Viper and Dogstorm defeat Perospero and Jack respectively. Jack's defeat is observed by Orochi, who is still alive and hiding, and horrified that a Lead Performer has been defeated before remembering he is no longer Kaido's ally. On the rooftop, Luffy and Kaido resume their battle, with Kaido warning Luffy that if he loses everyone in the Land of Wano he will become his slave.
