"Sanji's Mutation? The Two Arms in Crisis!" is episode 1053 of One Piece.
As the alliance braces for a critical battle, Momonosuke struggles with controlling his powers, while Sanji confronts a fierce adversary and begins to uncover surprising truths about himself.
Momonosuke attempts to make Flame Clouds in order to move Onigashima, but he struggles to create them as the clouds immediately disintegrate. Yamato decides to leave him and go back into the island to secure explosives; as explosives are stored on the island, if the island crashes into the Flower Capital the destruction will be amplified by the explosives. To prevent this, Yamato climbs back onto the island. Rob Lucci contacts the lead CP0 agent and the other members of CP0 on the island, who are planning their moves and inform Lucci of the second pink dragon that allied with Luffy. Lucci informs the agents that if the alliance wins the battle and Kaido falls, the World Government plans to seize the Land of Wano to make it a member state and that reinforcements are on the way. The agents then say the Beast Pirates numbers have been reduced to 12,000 while the alliance now has 8,000 members. Lucci also informs them of another target of interest: Nico Robin. Meanwhile, on the third floor, Brook and a now conscious Robin continue to evade Beast Pirates trying to capture Robin. As Momonosuke continues to struggle making flame clouds, Yamato makes it up to the island and transforms into her divine wolf beast form and runs inside. As he runs past the Heart Pirates, who have also arrived, Yamato maintains belief that Momonosuke will succeed. Sanji still refuses to use the Raid Suit as his battle with Queen intensifies as he uses Diable Jambe against Queen. Queen transforms into his brachiosaurus form before using his Brachiosnakeus: he detaches his head, neck and tail from his body making him resemble a snake. He then captures Sanji and constricts him, breaking his bones and crushing him as Armament Haki cannot protect someone's insides. Queen then activates the voice activated missile launcher equipped to his torso. However, Queen accidentally fires missiles at himself, freeing Sanji from his grasp. Strangely, Sanji gets up and finds that he was unharmed by Queen's attack. Although his bones are broken and dented, he is able to pound his body back into place. Queen, back in his Human-Beast Form, attempts to behead Sanji, only for the blade to shatter against Sanji's neck and cause him only minor pain. Sanji, to his horror, realizes that he may have genetic enhancements just like his siblings.
