The Ridiculous Power! Gear Five in Full Play

With their final battle now resumed, Kaido states that he was sure Luffy had died, to which the latter agrees. Kaido correctly deduces that Luffy had awakened his Paramecia Power as he can transform his surroundings into rubber, but is confused as his transformation is more akin to a Zoan. In his dragon form, he attempts to swallow Luffy whole, but Luffy beats him from his insides, inflates himself inside his belly, and forcefully launches himself out of his mouth by stretching his hands through his eyes. Luffy then grows himself to the size of a giant and starts to use Kaido as a jump rope. Kaido then attempts to strike Luffy with a Blast Breath, sending him off the island, but Luffy is completely unaffected by the attack. Luffy uses cartoon physics to run on air back to Onigashima. At this point, Yamato and Momonosuke travel to the rooftop to investigate the strange battle, discovering Luffy's awakened form. Kaido, transforms into his Human-Beast Form and strikes Luffy with his kanabou, smashing his head into the rooftop and causing the alliance on the Live Floor below to witness Luffy's awakened form, as Nami, Tama, Chopper, even Law and Kid were shocked seeing the giant head, with Marco surprisingly curious about Luffy's appearance. As Luffy returns to normal size, he and Kaido briefly collapse, both too tired to continue to battle. Kaido assures him that he can die, and someone will share the story of his fight, but Luffy refuses, stating that all that is left after dying is bones. As he prepares to reactivate Fifth Gear, Luffy reminds himself of several people he has made promises to or is indebted to, such as Momonosuke, Tama, Kin'emon, and Pedro. As the battle continues, Kaido becomes more confused by Luffy's powers. Luffy punches Kaidou which stretches though Kaido's head, launching him into a rock wall. As he gets back up Kaido asks who he is and Luffy proclaims that his name is Monkey D. Luffy and declares himself is the man who will surpass him and become the King of the Pirates.
